Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Valarchi. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Valarchi is an AI-powered planning tool for software products. It helps teams create product requirements, app structure plans, wireframes, and technical specifications to improve the quality of AI-assisted software development. Valarchi is currently in beta — features, availability, and pricing are subject to change.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Valarchi. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. You must also have the authority to connect any GitHub repository you link to Valarchi — meaning you own it or have explicit permission from the owner to do so.
You create an account with your name, email, and password, or via Google OAuth. When you register, you also create an organization workspace — you are its administrator. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and organization, including activity by team members you invite.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at team@valarchi.ai.
Valarchi connects to your GitHub repositories via a read-only GitHub app integration. We cannot write, push, or modify your code in any way. By connecting a repository, you confirm that you have the right to do so and grant Valarchi permission to read that repository solely to extract a semantic snapshot for use within the platform.
We do not store your source code. The extracted snapshot — which includes structural and architectural signals, not raw code — is visible to you in your product details page.
New accounts receive $60 in Claude API credits at no cost, with no credit card required. These credits are provided as-is, are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may expire or be modified at our discretion with reasonable notice. Credits are consumed when Valarchi calls Anthropic's API on your behalf to run planning agents.
You may add your own Anthropic API key at any time under Settings → API Key. By doing so, you authorize Valarchi to use that key to make API calls on your behalf. Your key is encrypted before storage and never returned to the browser after saving. You are responsible for all charges incurred through your API key.
Valarchi is free to use during the beta period. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans when exiting beta. Before any charges take effect, we will provide at least 30 days advance notice by email. No charges will be made without explicit prior notice of the effective date and pricing structure. If you do not wish to continue under paid terms, you may close your account before the effective date and will not be charged.
We may update these Terms at any time. For minor changes — clarifications, editorial corrections, or minor feature updates — we will post the updated terms and the change takes effect immediately. For material changes — including new obligations, significant liability changes, or the introduction of pricing — we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the effective date. Continued use of Valarchi after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to updated terms, you may close your account before they take effect.
Valarchi uses AI to generate planning artifacts including product requirements documents, wireframes, app structure plans, and technical specifications. These outputs are provided as starting points to assist your planning process — they are not professional advice of any kind, including engineering, legal, financial, or design advice.
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding whether to act on any artifact produced by Valarchi. Valarchi makes no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output.
You retain ownership of all content you bring to Valarchi, including your codebases and the planning artifacts you create using the platform. By using Valarchi, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the service — for example, sending relevant context to Anthropic's API to run a planning agent. We claim no ownership over your content and do not use it beyond what is necessary to operate the platform.
You agree not to use Valarchi to: connect repositories you do not have the right to access; attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform or another user's data; abuse or circumvent the trial credit system; transmit malicious code or interfere with the platform's operation; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Valarchi's product, interface, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Valarchi and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you a right to use our trademarks or branding. If you submit feedback or suggestions about Valarchi, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free right to use that feedback to improve the product without any obligation to you.
Valarchi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or suitable for your needs. As a beta product, features may be added, changed, or removed at any time. There is no uptime guarantee or service level agreement during the beta period.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valarchi and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, without limitation: lost profits or revenue; wasted engineering time or development costs resulting from acting on AI-generated planning artifacts; loss of data; loss of business opportunity; or any harm arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valarchi and its founders from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, your GitHub repository contents, or any decisions you make based on AI-generated output from the platform.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in conduct harmful to other users or to Valarchi. Upon termination, your access to the platform ends. You may contact team@valarchi.ai to request deletion of your data.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties.
